City of Charlotte: Corridors of Opportunity

Corridors of Opportunity is an initiative launched by the City of Charlotte to create “beautiful, safe and prosperous communities where families can grow strong and build legacies for the future.” The initative is targeted to building “Corridors” that are vital to the health of Charlotte’s communities. The $38.5 million investement is poised to build corridors that will serve as links to connect people to the resources and businesses they need to live and thrive. urbanCORE at UNC Charlotte is one of the parners in leveraging the City of Charlotte’s commitment to six key corridors.
